Save on Energy Retrofit Program (Ontario)

An Ontario incentive for larger commercial, institutional and industrial energy-efficiency upgrades including HVAC, lighting controls, motors, variable frequency drives and manufacturing equipment. A prescriptive track pays fixed amounts for named measures, and a custom track pays the greater of $1,800 per kW of peak demand reduced or $0.20 per kWh saved, up to 50% of eligible project cost. Regional adders can double incentives in certain areas.
