A City of London loan for businesses and property owners in the Downtown and Old East Village Community Improvement Plan areas to improve building facades, including windows, doors, brick repair, painting, lighting, and affixed signage. The loan covers 50% of improvement costs up to $50,000 and is repaid at 0% interest over 10 years. In certain areas a portion of the loan may be forgivable. A companion Upgrade to Building Code Loan covers interior systems up to $200,000 on the same terms.
