What we collect
When you answer the questions, your answers are sent to our server only to run the match against the program rules. We do not store them or tie them to you unless you create an account and choose to save your results. If you enter your email on the results page, that email is stored so we can send you future updates about new programs. If you create an account, we keep your email and, if you buy the Apply Pack, a record of that purchase so you can access what you paid for.
We do count finished questionnaires, so we know whether anyone is using this. That record is a timestamp, how many programs matched, and where the visit came from if an ad or a link told us. It contains none of your answers and is tied to no person, no account, no browser and no session, so it cannot be traced back to you and we could not connect it to you if we tried. We set no cookie or identifier to follow you between visits.
What we do not collect
Your business name. Your CRA number. Your financial statements. Anything that could identify your specific business. We do not need it. We just match anonymous profiles against eligibility rules.
Third parties
We use analytics to see which pages work and whether our advertising pays for itself: Vercel Analytics for page counts, plus Google and Meta measurement tags. Those tags set cookies. Payments run through Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Accounts and saved results are stored with Supabase.
Two more actually receive what you type, so they belong on this list. Anthropic runs the model that writes your match explanations and first-draft applications, and it receives your ten answers on those requests. Resend delivers our email, so it receives your address if you ask us to send you something. Neither receives a name or a business identity, for the simple reason that we never ask for one: the ten questions are structure, industry, province, size, age and goals, and nothing that identifies you.
None of these receive your questionnaire answers tied to your name, and we never sell your data.
