01 / The method

From a guess
to a ledger.

01/

Tell it, or show it

Answer ten questions in about three minutes, or paste your website and let the scan read your business for you.

Input: your business profile
02/

Get the ranked ledger

Your profile runs against every program in the database. Out comes a ranked list in dollars, each entry verified, dated, and linked to its government source.

Output: programs, in dollars
03/

Claim it with the Apply Pack

One pass (CA$79, 12 months) opens every program's pack: your eligibility confirmed line by line, the documents, the steps, and a first-draft application we write from your answers for you to finish and submit.

Endgame: money in the account

Free to run, no login. The pass only matters once you want to claim.

02 / Proof, not promises

This is the real matcher.
Run it right here.

Five answers, neutral defaults for the rest. The full quiz asks ten and gets sharper.

Structure
Province
Industry
Annual revenue
Output

Set a profile on the left and run it. You get the same answer the product gives, from the same database.

04 / A note on AI

Because ChatGPT will
confidently lie to you.

We ran a real founder query against it in June 2026. Of ten programs it returned, three were actively wrong: one closed program recommended as open, one invented program, and a funding cap off by nearly 2x. For money you have to apply for, that is the kind of mistake that costs weeks.

Asking ChatGPT
Using Deductly
Invented "Ontario Small Business Innovation Grant" (does not exist)
Real programs only, each linked to its official source
Recommended CDAP, closed to new applicants since Feb 2024
Closed programs are flagged and never recommended
Quoted CanExport at $99,999, the cap was cut to $50,000
Current caps, re-checked against the source and dated
Generic eligibility advice
Matched against your profile, province, and size
No dollar estimate, no order to apply in
Real numbers from each program, ranked by potential
No documents, no deadlines, no follow-through
The exact documents, steps, and timing for each one
See the full dated test, program by program

Use Claude or ChatGPT for first drafts. Use Deductly for anything involving money.

06 / For accountants & bookkeepers

Run funding across
every client.

The consumer tool above is free and no-login. Firms get the workspace: the same verified data and last mile, across your whole book, billed per seat.

01/

Your whole book, one view

Every client, every program they qualify for, the dollars on the table, and the deadlines, in a single workspace.

02/

Never quote a dead program

Data re-checked against its source and dated. Closed programs are flagged, so you stop citing a grant that ended last year.

03/

Per seat, recurring

Bill per seat annually as your book grows. Free during early access while founding firms set the price with us.

06 / Common questions

Things
people ask.

Discovery is free, with no login: the quiz, the website scan, your full ranked list with dollar values, and every document list. The CA$79 Apply Pack (12 months) is optional and opens the last mile for every program you match, your eligibility confirmed line by line, the documents, the steps in order, and a first-draft application. A free account also opens one complete Apply Pack so you can judge the quality before you pay.

No, and we never claim to submit on your behalf or guarantee approval. What we do is the last mile with you: confirm your eligibility line by line, give you the exact documents and steps in order, and draft a first version of the application from your answers for you to review, finish, and submit yourself. You or your accountant still file.

Every program links to its official government source. We re-check those sources and the facts that change, whether the program is still open, the dollar caps, the deadlines, and stamp the last-verified date you see on each one. We do not invent programs, and you can audit the freshness of the whole database at /data-quality. We use AI only to explain why a program fits your business, never to generate the programs themselves.

Provincial coverage is one of our strongest areas because it is where most accountants are weakest. We track programs from all 13 provinces and territories. The province-specific ones are flagged prominently in your results.

Your answers are sent to our server only to run the match, and we do not store them or tie them to you unless you create an account and choose to save your results. We never ask for your business name, address, or CRA number. If you give us your email for results or alerts, that one piece of information is what we keep.

Because 10 questions is enough to filter against eligibility rules. Programs do not actually need to know your business name, address, or CRA number. They need to know your business structure, industry, province, size, age, goals, and whether you do certain activities. That is what we ask.

Most Canadian programs are rolling, meaning you can apply year-round. Some are annual, tied to your fiscal year. A few are competitive with hard windows. We surface the deadline on each program's detail page.

Yes, and many do. We have a dedicated page at /for-accountants. We are also working on a multi-client dashboard for accounting firms. Email hello@deductly.ca if you are interested in early access.

313 programs.
Three minutes to your list.

The money is budgeted either way. We rank what is yours, confirm you qualify, and draft the application. The only question is whether your business is in the ledger.
