The Black Entrepreneurship Program is the federal anchor: a national microloan fund delivered by the FACE Coalition plus an ecosystem fund and a knowledge hub. Provincial and program-specific funds add coverage for women and youth founders who also identify as Black. Many regional programs are accessible without being a registered FACE applicant.
