Deductly is a discovery tool. We match your business profile to publicly available Canadian government programs. We do not file taxes for you. We do not apply for grants on your behalf. We are not your accountant. Always confirm eligibility and program details with a qualified tax professional before making decisions.

Accuracy

We do our best to keep program information current. Government programs change. Eligibility rules shift. Deadlines move. Always verify program details on the official government source before applying.

Free discovery, one paid pass

Finding what you qualify for is free and needs no login, and that stays free. The Apply Pack is a CA$99 pass that opens application help for 12 months. Auto-renew is off unless you turn it on at checkout, and you can switch it off any time from your dashboard. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email hello@deductly.ca and we will make it right.

Refunds

Email hello@deductly.ca within 30 days of buying the Apply Pack and we refund the full amount. No questions asked, and you do not need to justify the request or show that anything went wrong. We aim to process refunds within five business days, back to the original payment method. Refunding ends your access to the paid features.

If you turned on auto-renew, you can switch it off at any time from your dashboard and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period on its own, but the 30-day promise above still applies to any charge within its window.
