Graduate to Opportunity (GTO)

A Nova Scotia wage subsidy that helps employers hire recent post-secondary graduates into new permanent jobs. The Grow stream pays 25% of first-year salary and 12.5% of the second year, while the Innovate stream pays 30% and 15% for hiring a masters or PhD grad into an innovation role. An extra 10% applies in year one when hiring a graduate from an under-represented group.
