Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services runs HERCS, a free daylong workshop covering small business ownership, financing options, and the basics of launching a venture. It is built for the military community and is available in person and online. There is no cash grant, but the training and resources are provided at no cost to participants. It is aimed at spouses and partners of serving CAF members and reservists and spouses of veterans.
