Skills Development Fund - Capital Stream

An Ontario program that funds the building, upgrading, or conversion of training centres for the skilled trades and other in-demand jobs. Employers, industry associations, unions, and non-profits can apply as primary applicants, often partnering with an educational institution. The SEED pathway funds technical planning costs like architectural and engineering plans, while the GROW pathway funds construction and retrofits of up to 49% of eligible costs. Intake is continuous with no set deadline until funds are allocated.
