A Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation program that helps entrepreneurs start a new business in Northern Ontario. It provides a conditional contribution covering up to 50% of eligible project costs to a maximum of $200,000 for things like equipment, leasehold improvements, and construction. The owner must work at the business full time and contribute at least 15% of eligible costs from their own resources.
