A Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation program that helps businesses relocate operations to Northern Ontario. Support comes as a conditional contribution, or a mix of contribution and term loan, decided case by case based on the net economic benefit to the region, up to a maximum of $5 million. It is aimed at companies bringing new jobs and investment into the North.
