NBIF Startup Investment Fund

The New Brunswick Innovation Foundation invests directly in early-stage New Brunswick startups to help them refine and commercialize an innovative product or service. Investments are structured as preferred shares, common shares, or convertible debentures, and are meant to carry a company to its next financing round within 12 to 18 months. Backed companies also get mentorship, investor connections, and partner discounts on services like cloud credits.
