Efficiency Manitoba Small Business Program

Administered by Government of Manitoba · Last verified: July 2026

Efficiency Manitoba installs energy-efficient upgrades at no cost for small businesses that pay a commercial energy rate and have ten or fewer Manitoba locations. A technician does a free lighting and insulation assessment, then a contractor installs the upgrades. A premium upgrade option adds further measures after a free quote. An Indigenous Small Business stream offers the same free assessment and installation to qualifying Indigenous-owned businesses.
