The Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association runs this annual fund to improve the look of street-level storefronts in the downtown core. It covers exterior work such as window and door repair, repainting, planters and landscaping, signage upgrades, and window displays. You must be a Downtown Van member with a street-level business inside the association's boundaries.
