Brampton Central Area Facade and Building Improvement Grants

City of Brampton Community Improvement Plan grants for landowners and businesses in the historic downtown core. The Facade Improvement Program offsets the cost of street-facing facade upgrades and the Building Improvement Program offsets costs of improvements to building systems and tenant space. Each program provides up to $30,000 per property at no more than 50% of eligible costs, so a single property can access up to $60,000 combined. Both application windows are open year-round on a first-come basis.
