A credit on eligible labour for producing interactive multimedia titles published on an electronic medium, with substantial amounts of three of these four elements: text, sound, still images, animated images. For 2026 the support combines a refundable portion and a smaller non-refundable portion. A French-language commercial title that is not training material reaches a combined 37.5% (32.5% refundable plus 5% non-refundable). Investissement Quebec issues the eligibility certificates.
