Investissement Quebec guarantees loans, credit lines, and letters of credit issued by other financial institutions, reducing the lender's risk so businesses can access financing more easily. The guarantee covers between 50 percent and 85 percent and can apply to working capital financing, capital asset financing, and operating credit lines. Collateral and personal guarantees may be required.
