The Contrat d'intégration au travail is Quebec financial assistance that helps an employer hire and keep a person with a disability in a regular workplace. It includes a wage subsidy that offsets lower productivity and added supervision tied to the person's functional limitations, plus coverage of costs to adapt the workstation, improve accessibility, or provide support and interpreting services. The job must be at least 12 hours a week and the employer must be registered in the Quebec Business Register.
