PEI Graduate Mentorship Program (For Employers)

A SkillsPEI wage subsidy that helps employers hire and mentor recent post-secondary graduates who lack the experience for a position. The program covers up to 50% of wages for 52 weeks, to a maximum of $12.50 per hour. Applications are accepted year-round and the employer must have a mentorship plan in place.
