Hydro-Quebec Efficient Solutions Program (Quebec)

A Hydro-Quebec program that helps businesses cut electricity use in commercial, institutional, industrial or agricultural buildings. Small businesses on rates G or Flex G can have up to 90% of eligible costs covered (minimum $500), while businesses on other rates can have up to 75% covered. From 2026 it also adds solar panel support at $1,000 per installed kW up to 40% of installation cost.
