Edmonton Storefront Improvement Grant

A matching reimbursement grant from the City of Edmonton for significant exterior renovations to commercial storefronts located in Business Improvement Areas. It covers up to 50% of eligible project costs, with mid-block buildings eligible for up to $25,000 and corner buildings up to $50,000. Design fees can also be reimbursed at 50% up to $5,000. Note that the applicant must be the property owner or someone acting on the owner's behalf, and construction cannot start before approval.
