Building Up Manitoba Program (BUMP)

A 50% cost-shared Manitoba program that helps small and medium employers train their workforce and build HR capacity. The Employee Training stream covers up to $10,000 per employee, and the HR Strategy Development stream covers up to $25,000, to a combined maximum of $100,000 per year. It is open to employers with fewer than 500 employees that have operated in Manitoba for at least one year.
