British Columbia's provincial nominee pathway for foreign entrepreneurs who start a new business or buy and grow an existing one anywhere in the province. Candidates first run the business on a work permit, then earn a provincial nomination toward permanent residence once they meet the targets in their signed business agreement. The stream requires a personal net worth of at least $600,000, a business investment of at least $200,000, and creating at least one new job.
